As a seasoned and systematic senior financial executive with over 13 years of professional experience in accounting, operations, human resources, IT, and administration, Shantel is fully equipped with the knowledge and skills to help leaders pursue opportunities for financial improvement and exceed organizational objectives. In addition, she has extensive experience working with both for-profit and not-for-profit businesses helping them work through and overcome financial and operational challenges and meeting organizational goals.
Shantel is a Certified Management Accountant and earned her Masters in Business Administration from the University of New Haven. She is also an engaged member of the New Haven business community, where she serves as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Literacy Volunteers of Greater New Haven and a Board Member for the Connecticut Women’s Consortium. Shantel currently lives in New Haven, CT, with her husband and 3 children. Her passion is to ensure business owners understand the performance of their business and provide them with the tools they need to be sustainable, compliant, and successful.
